2025 Soccer Camp Volunteer Application

We are excited you want to serve as a leader at B4Church/Centro Victoria Soccer Camp, June 23-27, 2025!

Volunteers must be at least 15 years old and going into 10th grade in Fall 2025. Please fill out this application form to be considered for a leadership role. If you are 18 years old or older, please fill this out for yourself. If you under 18, please fill out and have a parent/guardian enter their name to digitally sign this waiver and give consent for you to participate.

Once we receive your application, one of our camp directors will be in touch to get to know you and determine which role(s) will be the best fit for you to serve in.
