B4 Kids Serve Team

You're invited to join what God is doing in B4 Kids! We have opportunities for you to be a welcoming Kids Host, a Small Group Leader making meaningful connections, and more. We’ll train you, love you, and partner with you. This commitment would be from September to December 2025 then we transition to Winter & Spring Serve.

We are asking that you serve every week, or every other week as a part of our faithful team of incredible volunteers.

Serving Opportunities:

Nursery Leader: (1.5 hours per Sunday) This role involves loving on babies, 1's, or 2's. It's a morning full of playtime and connection. We want the kids to know they're loved, safe, and that church is fun!  (You must be 18 years or older to serve in Babies 0-1 ) :: 128 needed each month ::

Small Group Co-Leader: Preschool & Elementary (1.5 hours per Sunday) Somebody who connects with kiddos, builds consistent relationship, and supports the Small Group leader during small group time. :: 216 needed each month ::

Small Group Leader:  Preschool & Elementary (1.5 hours per Sunday)  This role is the lifeblood of our ministry. The role of a Small Group Leader is to connect with kiddos on a Sunday, build consistent relationship with them, and to run the provided small group activities during small group time. You're only expectation outside of Sunday is to read the small group lesson beforehand. You will be partnered with a co-leader as well. :: 216 needed each month ::

Kids Host:  Preschool & Elementary  (1.5 hours per Sunday, 18 or older) The role of a Kids Host is to welcome families as they come into our areas, help with check-in, lock doors when service starts, and inform small groups when main service is released. They also will keep an eye on kiddos who need a break from small group. :: 32 needed each month ::

Large Group Coordinator:  Preschool & Elementary  (1.5 hours per Sunday, 18 or older) The Large Group Coordinator is the person who runs the service. They lead the large group lesson, handle all of the transition periods, and lead group huddle for Small Group Leaders a half hour before service begins. They will receive the Large Group Lesson from our content coordinator ahead of time. :: 32 needed each month ::

B4 Buddy
A B4 Buddy is a person who spends time with a kiddo who has special needs. This is a one on one role where we get to love and serve the family by staying with the child throughout the service.
